International Soybean Experts Keen on WSRC VIII

Dr. Harold Kauffman, Chairman of Organizing Committee of WSRC VI, and Dr. Peter Goldsmith, Executive Director of National Soybean Research Laboratory of USA; and Dr. Eligio Morandi, Professor of National University of Rosario and a board member of Argentine Soybean Chain Association (ACSOJA) visited Organizing Committee of WSRC VIII on December 3rd, 2008.

Professor Wang Lianzheng, Vice Chairman of WSRC VIII Organizing Committee, met the international soybean experts' delegation. Professor Wang appreciated the international soybean experts for their enthusiastic supports. Dr. Kauffman expressed his attentions on WSRC VIII and he is pleased to provide help for WSRC VIII preparation. Dr. Goldsmith said he would make effort to help in inviting speakers and organizing Soybean Industry Forum of WSRC VIII. Dr. Morandi said ACSOJA was glad to work together with WSRC VIII Organizing Committee.

The future work for WSRC VIII preparation was also discussed. The experts believed that WSRC VIII will be a very successful event under the join effort of Chinese side and international colleagues.
