Note:

• Registration fees for full participants and students include all technical sessions, conference materials, Welcoming Reception, Beijing Night, tea and coffee breaks, working lunches for four days from August 11 to 15, 2009, and entrance to the trade exhibition.
• Registration fees for accompanying persons include Welcoming Reception, Beijing Night, and working lunches for four days from August 11 to 15, 2009.
• Student registration must be accompanied by a copy of student ID card or a proof of student status from educational institutions to the Organizing Secretariat, sent by fax or email.

Payment for Registration Fee and Hotel Deposit

Payment for registration fee and hotel deposit can be made in the following ways:

1. Credit card:

Only MasterCard, VISA, and American Express will be acceptable. It will be billed in Chinese yuan. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates. A 4% bank charge will be added to the amount to be billed. To pay in advance, a payment form can be downloaded from the website. Please fill out and sign the form, and fax to the designated fax number. Credit card can also be used for on-site payment.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation of registration, please send a written request to the Organizing Secretariat by fax or email. The amount of refund is made according to the date when the cancellation request is received:
